Saturday, April 13th, 2013 - 1-5 PM Arms, Hands, Neck and Shoulders: Somatic Exercises[tm] for the Arms, Hands, Neck and Shoulders Learn to relax and control the muscles of the upper body, while improving the comfort and efficiency of your movements. Widely used by persons doing constant repetitive hand-arm movements, e.g. typists, office and assembly workers, musicians, etc.
